Autopista al Mar 1 – Motorway Mega Project, Colombia

Autopista al Mar 1 is a road project in Colombia that involves the construction of a new highway connecting the city of Barranquilla to the Caribbean coast.It is expected to improve transportation infrastructure and connectivity in the region, reducing travel time and increasing economic development opportunities.The project is being developed by a private consortium made up of construction firms and infrastructure investors, with expected total cost of approximately $2.8 billion.For this specific project we were tasked by the JV leader to conduct an executive search campaign, identifying, attracting and placing the Chief Technology Officer to own and manage the operational and technological aspects of this mega-project in Colombia.
